The process flow of roll forging: blank heating first, preforging forming, finish forging forming, trimming correction, heat treatment, sand blasting, and then obtain the forging blank. Roll forging process is particularly suitable for manufacturing products with simple structures and large batches, and can be produced in weights ranging from a few grams to several hundred kilograms.

Roll forging process is a continuous static pressure process, with almost no vibration during production, which prolongs the working life of the tooling. Automated production can meet high production efficiency and product dimensional accuracy. Most important, it can improve the internal structure of forgings and enhance the mechanical properties of products. Forging process can avoid defects such as porosity, shrinkage, and inclusions inside metal castings. For products with simple shapes, roll forging process is a good choice.
