The process flow of laser cutting: blanking first, laser cutting, blank heating, deburring and grinding, heat treatment if requires, sand blasting, and then obtain laser cutting products. Laser cutting process is particularly suitable for manufacturing products with metal plate, and can be produced in thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 20mm.

The main advantage of laser cutting process is that it can reduce the mechanical stress borne by sheet metal parts during cutting.
