Creating strong, intricate components with precision

At its core, forging is a very simple process that begins with raw metal — like billet steel or aluminum. We first heat the metal district we are going to work on, just as in previous video but instead of melting after this step -Now- its soft. This step, however is very critical as it prepares the metal for easier molding. Once this metal is warmed up to the required temperature, we place it into a unique metallic tool known as a die. Zhongsheng Forging is the die that creates it into a part and shape of choice.
